Is there anything we should bring to the session?

We do stop for a short break, so we suggest packing a drink and a snack. If not sent prior the session, please ensure you bring your consent form. This will be sent to you by the education team via email after booking. We advise bringing a coat and suitable shoes.

Question 2

What should the young person wear?

Accepted Answer

Please be aware the session is spent mostly outdoors so ensure they have suitable clothes and shoes. We advise they have an old pair of trainers or wellies for cleaning as well as a waterproof coat, and that they have long sleeves and trousers on for animal encounters.

Question 3

Our parents/guardians able to stay for the session?

Accepted Answer

Whilst parents are not permitted to stay our sessions are inclusive and cater for all disabilities and additional requirements. Therefore if 1:1 support is required for attendance parents/ guardians are of course welcome to attend.

Question 4

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We can only consider refunds 72 hours (3 working days) before the session takes place, any requests will be at the discretion of CAS and is therefore not guaranteed.
