Want to work on your strength, coordination and mobility through varied, movement based training? Join Rowena of Urban Flow Fitness for this 6 week course, combining Animal Flow with outdoor movement training.

Animal Flow is a bodyweight training method that draws upon primal movement and various disciplines such as parkour, yoga, capoeira and gymnastics training. Movements are linked together to create a fun but challenging flow, increasing stamina, strength and flexibility while engaging the brain to improve coordination too.
During this 6 week course, Rowena will introduce you to new elements of Animal Flow each week, ultimately culminating in a complete sequence by the end of the course. Sessions will be divided equally between Animal Flow and urban movement - finding ways to interact with the environment, overcoming obstacles, vaulting fences, improving balance, scaling walls, solving problems and overall having fun, seeing the world through a child's eyes and turning your environment into an urban playground!

The result will be fun yet challenging sessions, aiming to develop functional, full body strength.
