Specifically designed for people working in the caring professions, this one day animation workshop will explore the theme of compassion. Delegates will have the opportunity to take time out and reflect on the theme and how it impacts on clinical work as well as in every day life. CPD credits available
Using the activity of stop motion animation (think Wallace and Gromit), this reflective workshop will facilitate a safe space to consider, explore and respond to the theme. No prior experience of animating is required, basic skills will be taught during the workshop.
Shared group experiences, voice recording and animated materials will be used to explore how compassion has impacted on participants clinical practice and personal development. The theme of compassion fatigue will also be explored and shared experiences of resilience.
