Annual Conference

2015

The 2015 ACOSVO Annual Conference will take place on Thursday 29 October in the Trades Hall, Glasgow on the theme of “Creative Leadership – Innovate, Integrate, Inspire”.  The Chair for the day will be ACOSVO member Kim Atkinson, Chief Executive of the Scottish Sports Association.

As leaders we are well aware of the need to be able to respond to complex situations and be adaptable and resilient to change. What is perhaps more challenging is the ability to recognise, promote and utilise creativity within your organisation.

Being a creative leader does not mean having all the ideas but rather having the ability to develop a culture where everyone can contribute and feel that they're valued. Creating this environment and building the relationships that encourage and nurture this creativity can be a much bigger shift than first anticipated.

This conference will showcase examples of good practice to ensure your organisation is always in a position to maximise its potential and performance.
