Eversheds Sutherland

We are delighted to welcome the law firm Eversheds Sutherland for a second year. Naeema Choudry (Partner, Human Resources Practice Group) will lead our masterclass with her team.

Naeema advises on all aspects of employment law and is a highly experienced Employment Tribunal litigator. She advises on executive terminations, whistleblowing, large-scale redundancies, TUPE, contractual disputes and discrimination issues. Naeema features in the Legal 500, Legal Experts and Chambers directories where she is noted for her "articulate and professional manner" and "high level of competency in many areas, including tribunals, pension issues and discrimination"



Acas North West

We welcome James Boffey (Training and Advisory) who always delivers

lively, interactive sessions. James joined Acas in 2015 working in Dispute Resolution as the first point of contact for employees with potential Tribunal claims before moving into his current role in early 2017.

James has worked with a range of public and private sector organisations across the North West and provides advice, training and support to both staff and management; improving employment relations and business performance.

Cancellation Policy

If you find you are unable to attend the event, please give at least 30 working days notice so we can release your ticket to someone on our waiting list. You can cancel your ticket via the Eventbrite desktop site or send us an email, and we will cancel your ticket.


Delegate badges

Please submit your job title and company when completing your registration. We will use this infirmation to produce your delegate badge.


Free parking on-site

If you are driving to the venue, we provide free parking on-site. You will be given tickets to exit the car park at the lunch break.
