As head of employment at mfg Solicitors, Sally advises commercial clients on matters of employment. Sally has detailed knowledge of all contentious areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination and contractual claims. Additionally, Sally’s expertise extends to include non-contentious work, assisting employers with operational employment HR affairs, employment contracts and policies. Sally is also able to provide corporate support on business mergers and acquisitions. She is a full member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
Darryll Thomas, Associate Solicitor – Employment Division
Darryll advises on all areas of employment law, acting predominantly for commercial clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He also represents individuals and has particular experience in acting under the terms of legal expense insurance policies. Darryll has considerable experience in advising on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and sales. Darryll also has an expertise in advising on Tribunals in representing clients in relation to professional disciplinary matters (such as Tribunal panels in relation to healthcare and other professional bodies).

Dominic is a Professor at City Law School London and is a legal speaker, writer and broadcaster. He is recognised as one of the foremost legal trainers in the country with one of his key areas of specialisation being employment law. His is a contributor to TOLLEYS Employment law handbook and is currently helping Lord Justice Jackson with the 2017 costs reforms.
