Joined TradingHub in 2021 as their first female COO. In this role she leads HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Technology, and Business and Office Management. Prior to joining TradingHub, Elaine was Chief Human Resources Officer at Santander UK.
She has extensive HR experience, holding senior global HR roles at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Merrill Lynch. She has worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York.
Having started her career in fashion retail, she retains her passion for clothes and fashion. Whilst on a career break in the pandemic she trained as a personal stylist and has recently discovered vintage shopping with her 2 daughters!
