• Describe the purpose of annual reviews and objective setting

• Explore how Role Profiles and Defining Roles Guide (strengths / behaviours etc.) contribute to objectives

• Set objectives with clear measures and actions

• Identify and set personal learning & development objectives

• Describe the format of a review meeting

• Focus on the conversations and monitor wellbeing
