Talk – ½ hr talk on the best way to exercise during pregnancy and what you can & cant do. Looking at the best sort of exercises for different mums, from those who don’t exercise much but want to get ready for having their baby to those who want to carry on running. Also then looking at safe ways to exercise post- natally, the best time to start (differs for normal and C section deliveries), what to avoid – CRUNCHES being one of the most important to avoid!! Different classes on offer and when’s safe to get back to the gym.
