Join our free 1 hour online antenatal session run by qualified Peer Supporters who will give you up-to-date evidence based information to enable you to make the decision that's right for you and help you to reach those goals.


Solihull Infant Feeding Team is a specialist feeding team within your UNICEF Baby Friendly GOLD accredited Solihull Health Visiting Service.


Topics covered include:

  • The science/ingredients of breastmilk and formula milk
  • Physical changes during pregnancy
  • Bonding with baby
  • Skin to skin
  • Getting breastfeeding off to a good start
  • Positioning and attachment at the breast
  • Some common challenges and how to overcome them
  • Baby brain development
  • and much more (!!) with time to ask any questions you may have


A knowledgeable support network is invaluable for new parents - so bring along whoever is going to be able to offer you support, physical or emotional, in those first few months and get up-to-date, evidence based information and tips from our team on what is most likely to help you bond with and enjoy your baby!
