Classes will offer you the opportunity to understand your birth options, the physiology of labour, relationship building and caring for your newborn.

These antenatal classes are free to attend for birthing women and a chosen partner, who are currently receiving care with our community teams.

We will have three venues available, the classes span over three weeks, the 1st week will focus on your preparation for birth, the 2nd will cover types of delivery, induction of labour and pain management, the 3rd will focus on the relationship with baby, infant feeding and baby cares. There will be opportunities to answer any queries you may have at all sessions.
