Antenatal Information Sessions Canvey Island - 6, 13, 20 November, 12-2pm

Join us for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 6th, 11th, 20th November from 12:00-2:00pm at The Community Room, Morrisons Supermarket, Northwick Road, Canvey Island, SS8 0SW.

We recommend you come along to all three sessions. Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).

Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)

Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)

Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)

The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Laura, Jamie and Terina.
