About this event

Join us for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 12th, 19th and 26th November from 10:00am-12:00pm. We recommend you come along to all three sessions.

Sessions are open to any expectant parents living within the Tendring district and are completely FREE! Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).

We will cover:

Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)

Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)

Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)

The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Emma and Sarah.
