Antenatal Information Sessions Southend - 6, 13, 20 Nov 2025, 11am-1pm

Join us for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 6th, 13th, 20th November from 11:00am-1:00pm at Salvation Army, 42 Clarence Street (corner of Clarence St & Clarence Rd), Southend-on-Sea SS1 1BD.

We recommend you come along to all three sessions. Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).

Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)

Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)

Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)

The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Laura, Jamie and Terina.
