Antenatal Information Sessions Thurrock -10, 17, 24 November, 11.30am-1pm

Join us for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 10th, 17th and 24th November from 11:30am-1:00pm. We recommend you come along to all three sessions.

• Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)
• Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)
• Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)

The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Sarah, Nicola and Stacey.

Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).
