We are delighted to welcome Anthony Delaney to Piccadilly to discuss his dazzling work of restorative history, Queer Georgians. The History Hit podcast presenter delves deep into a previously hidden side of Georgian England, spotlighting the individuals and establishments who pioneered queer culture in the eighteenth century.

Dr Anthony Delaney has a PhD in history from the University of Exeter, where he is an Honorary Fellow, and presents the History Hit podcast After Dark. Queer Georgians is his first book.

Siobhán McSweeney is an award-winning Irish actress and presenter who has starred in Derry Girls, Amandaland, and hosts hit BBC TV show The Great Pottery Throwdown. Her role as Sister Michael in Derry Girls earned her a BAFTA in 2023 for Best Female Comedy Performance. Siobhán will present the Irish version of The Traitors which is due in 2025.
