Wed 17 May 2017, 19:00 – 22:30 BST
Anthony Moon is a rock singer songwriter with charm, finesse and charisma making for an exceptionally engaging stage presence. Italian-born, London-based singer/songwriter who has played shows all around Europe and now has a growing fan base in the city.
Currently working with producer Andrea Lepori (Jack Savoretti, George The Poet, Matty Benbrook, P*NUT) to release his first EP.
“...his voice is an hybrid of Paolo Nutini, Tom Odell, Bono (U2) and David Gray, with a unique and different approach to the modern day singer songwriter and is one to watch for 2017..” Verve Radio London
Amy Lawton is a fresh-faced 19yr old Country/Pop artist and songwriter from Manchester, UK.
She has written rhymes, poems and short stories since she could pick up a pen and has been developing these ideas into song over the past 18months in London with renowned writer/producer Matty Benbrook.
Matty is well established as a collaborative writer who has been instrumental in the development of artists such as Dido, Paolo Nutini and Jack Savoretti.
Amy’s skill with wordplay and pop melody can be heard perfectly in the first song to surface from Matty’s studio, ‘Turn Around’. Her innocent-yet-knowing vocals are the perfect foil to the often-biting lyricism, reminiscent of artists such as Lisa Loeb, Suzanne Vega or County-era Taylor Swift.
Amy has been steadily developing her live show too, with support to Jack Savoretti at London’s Cardogan Hall in March 2016 and performances at many of London’s iconic singer/songwriter venues such as The Troubadour, The Bedford and Ronnie Scott’s.
Mark Mathews is a London based singer-songwriter who writes catchy, indie-pop tunes with a folk edge. He has been voted one of the best artists in London by readers of the Metro newspaper, awarded first place in the Indie International Songwriting competition, nominated for 2 Indy Music Awards for best live act and been played on BBC Introducing.
Mark has continued to tour both the UK and the world, performed with Andy Fairweather-Low, Dodgy, Frank Turner, Nigel Clarke, Luke Toms, The Draytones and Dan Le Sac and released 4 EP's and one album during that time.
In search of a new and exciting direction, Mark has taken it upon himself to release a track every month from January 2017 culminating in a brand new album (Carrier bag your career is over) at the end of the year.
