In a workshop setting, an experienced trainer from Radiant and Brighter will facilitate an interactive sessions through which participants are able to critically analyse information, relating it to their daily working lives, workplace culture, as well as personal experiences.
At the end of the course, participants will;
- Have a better understanding of racism, antiracism and antidiscrimination
- Be better equipped to promote and develop a more inclusive, anti-racist workplace culture
- Have a better understanding of concepts such as allyship and non-racism
- Have increased confidence in addressing discrimination and racism
