About this event
I’m Representing IECC’s professional learning series provides progressive and innovative content, enabling opportunities for both teachers and student teachers to participate in vital learning and development, that will inform their current and future practice.
In succession from Show Racism the Red Card’s core professional learning series, we’ll delve deeper into anti-racist terms and theory, opening up a space for open question and dialogue.
The sessions will run for a period of 40 minutes at a time and will cover key topics related to anti-racism, such as the purpose and use of an intersectional lens, mechanisms of privilege, reflected inequalities in literature, decolonisation in education and more.
All teachers with any level of knowledge are welcome at these sessions, however, before doing this enhanced series, we recommend you sign up to do the introductory DARPL teacher series with SRtRC.
