Online Practical Exercise with Facilitator

In this hands-on session, participants will engage in an immersive learning experience guided by a skilled facilitator. Through interactive role-play, they will practice addressing real workplace racism scenarios in real time, using respectful and effective strategies. Participants will step into different roles to explore the emotional and professional impact of discrimination and reflect on their own reactions. This experiential approach fosters empathy, builds confidence, and enhances participants’ ability to promote a more inclusive work environment.
