In this hands-on session, participants will engage in an immersive learning experience featuring professional actors who bring real workplace racism scenarios to life. Through interactive role-play, they will have the opportunity to challenge racism in real time, practicing respectful and effective ways to respond to bias. Guided by skilled facilitators, participants will step into different roles, explore the emotional and professional impact of discrimination, and reflect on their own reactions. This powerful experiential approach fosters empathy, builds confidence, and strengthens each participant’s ability to create a more inclusive workplace.
