Develop your understanding of what is available to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) including how to empower clients to manage their behaviour and acquire skills for social living.
Who is this course for?
For managers and frontline staff in the homelessness and supported housing sector.
What will you learn?
On completion of this course you will:
- Describe ASB and identify its causes
- Deliver servies in a way that prevents and or minimises ASB
- Address ASB using informal tools
- Evaluate the most appropriate legal response
- Provide a multi-disciplinary response in conjunction with statutory agencies
Duration
This course consists of 3 live interactive training modules, which will take place during one day, with breaks. When you sign up, you will be signing up for all 3 modules.
Sessions are not recorded. Slides will be sent electronically.

This course is also available to be booked for staff teams of up to 20 people, to be delivered online "in-house" in live interactive sessions on dates to suit your organisation. This course can be booked to be delivered in-person.
