About this event

Come Parley Presents:

Anti-Solo Summer | Cohort One (Under 26s)

Come Solo. Leave Social. 6 weeks. 60 strangers. One mission: Make friendship great again.

What Is This?

Your dating app has more friends than you do. Your group chat is full of plans that never happen. We’re fixing that.

This is your Anti-Solo Summer, a 6-week journey from strangers to genuine connection. No dating pressure. Not networking. Just real people, real conversation, and the kind of community that sticks.

Solo is the new social.

This Summer’s Theme: The Way We Played

Remember when making friends didn’t require an app? When connection started with “Wanna play?” and ended with “Same time tomorrow?" We’re bringing that back. The joy of friendship through games, laughter, movement, and shared experiences.

Stop swiping. Start playing.

The Playground for Grown-Ups 📅

Week 1: The Nostalgic Quiz Night

📍 Thursday 24 July | 6:30–10PM | Copper Cats, Dalston

Plot twist: everyone came alone too.

Think childhood trivia, throwbacks, and teams you’ll want to see again.

Week 2: Fitness Social (Circuits)

📍 Thursday 31 July | 6:30–10PM | Venue TBC

Low-pressure, high-energy group movement.

More nostalgic P.E. vibes than bootcamp. All levels welcome.

Week 3: Sip & Paint Social

📍 Thursday 7 Aug | 6:30–10PM | Venue TBC

Paint your story while getting to know others.

No pressure, no skills needed, just creativity and connection.

Week 4: Fitness Social (Dance/Step)

📍 Thursday 14 Aug | 6:30–10PM | Venue TBC

Dancing for joy, not performance.

No rhythm required — just music, movement, and laughter.

Week 5: Sports Day

📍 Saturday 23 Aug | Time TBC | Venue TBC

Egg-and-spoon races. Team games. That one friend who’s weirdly competitive.

The most fun you’ll have all summer.

Week 6: Finale Night

📍 Thursday 4 Sept | 6:30-10PM | Venue TBC

From strangers to something more.

Think Year 6 leavers, but grown and glowing.

All venues are in accessible London locations. Confirmed participants will receive details each week.

What if I’m shy or introverted?

Perfect! You are not alone. The structured activities mean you don’t have to make small talk or figure out how to start conversations. We guide everything.
