About this event

I am delighted to invite you to my webinar. This is a high energy and punchy 2 hours in which and I will provide you with extensive explanations with regards to anxiety and the impact it has on the brain.

Who is Bonita? I am a trauma recovery therapist specialising in anxiety, stress, PTSD, flashbacks, fears and phobia. I have a private 1-2-1 practice based in Bedford and work online with international clients. I now have over 2000 hours of trauma recovery therapy and have created the ‘Integrated Therapy System’ which I use with my clients daily because it works. I am a trainer in Trauma, Recovery and the brain, Generalised Anxiety and Panic Attacks and Intrinsic Thoughts and the Inner Critic.

You will receive a workbook, an anxiety support card (printable version) and 3 anxiety busting techniques to help manage anxiety and stress better. These will be in the form of a downloadable link to Google drive sent via Eventbrite in emails the day before the workshop.

This workshop is aimed at:

• Individuals who suffer from anxiety and stress or family and friends of those who suffer. It teaches you to better understand how anxiety and stress manifests and how it can be controlled and managed.

• Individuals looking for a qualified and professional therapist but wants to know more about how therapy works.

Certificates of attendance are issued for the workshop but could take up to two weeks to send.
