Anxiety Management : Thursday 26 November 2020
Event Information
About this Event
Over the past several months due to COVID restrictions and lockdown parents have raised concerns around a significant rise in anxiety expressed by their children and young people which is having an impact on their behaviour and overall emotional wellbeing.
This 1 hour work-shop is intended to bring parents and CAMHS (Child Adolescence Mental Health Service) clinicians together to learn about the importance of managing anxieties, some of the causes and to create strategies that can help address behavioural and emotional issues that excessive anxiety can cause.
The workshop will be hosted by two members of the Havering CAMHS PMHT (Primary Mental Health Team), via Webex. You can access it here: https://nelft2.webex.com/meet/trevor.watson.
This is a repeat of the workshops held last month on 19 October 2020.
