In the current climate it is no wonder that more of us than ever as seeing an increase in feelings of anxiety and stress. We are facing an unprecedented situation and it is not surprising that at times this leaves us feeling overwhelmed. Discover the impact stress and anxiety can have on us, how to identify triggers, and develop techniques to help us reduce stress, anxiety and feel less overwhelmed.
