A workshop for those suffering with anxiety.
Stop fearing it, stop thining you are alone, stop being embarressed to talk about it. It is real, it is common, and having spoke with many people about it, there is something we are all missing about it.....
For both lads & ladies - Anxiety doesn't discriminate.
Over the hour and a half we are going to talk about, try and discuss several practices that could help in alieviating some of anxiety and stress that we struggle daily with.

** Meditation & Mindfulness **
Whilst the research is still in its infancy, a regular mindfulness and meditation practice has shown some amazing benefits to those suffering with anxiety and stress.

** Self Love & Healing **
By truly seeing just how important you are, you empower yourself. Self Love is the key. Over the last 12 months, speaking to person after person about anxiety & stress, and disucssing the common humanity (we are all suffering together), I have realised there is 1 underlying factor that noone seems to be discussing.........
We will also do a bit of reiki/medium style healing on this.
What will we be covering over the session?
> What is anxiety?
> Why are we so confused right now?
> Mindfulness or meditation is not a fad, its backed by some of the worlds leading neuro/quantum physics scientists which we will discuss.
> What I have found from speaking with sufferers and the importance of self love to the healing process.
> I will talk briefly on healing, and lead a short group session on it.
> We will sit for a couple of simple meditations that may be used to help in anxious moments.
> Time for questions and answers

Absolutely anyone who suffers with anxiety and interested in ways to overcome it.
** What is the cost? **
It is donation only
