Description

Blissful Experience of Yoga followed by Sound Bath

Anyyogi teacher Natalie and sound therapist Christine M. Grimm will offer a magical experience of yoga and a sound bath in the beautiful yoga studio in Herman's Wohnzimmer. After a nourishing Hatha Yoga class, you can enjoy healing waves of sound on your yoga mat. The combination of yoga and sound allows you to experience deeper states of relaxation and consciousness.

This workshop will start with Christine’s introduction to the topic of sound healing, an opportunity to set your intention, and breath exercises to release stress. Then Natalie will teach a Hatha Yoga class with elements of Vinyasa and pranayama. She will take you on a journey through your body with deeply nurturing and relaxing poses. The class welcomes yogis of all levels – (anyyogi).

After the final relaxation pose (savasana), you will be enchanted by the sound landscape with singing bowls and tuning forks like the Om, the 8 Solar Harmonics, and the 9 Solfeggios. Your chakras (energy centers) will become more balanced during this profound state of relaxation as the wonderful vibrations release energetic blocks and activate your powers of self-healing.

After the sound bath, you will have the opportunity to try out all the instruments used in the magical sound experience. This gives you an opportunity to use the sound healing instruments for a back treatment that allows for deep release of tensions in the back and shoulders. Yoga mats are provided and we are looking forward to having you.
