In this Master Class, Erik De Haan, Director of the Centre for Coaching at Ashridge will introduce you to Relational Supervision and share the very latest Supervisory research findings. We are delighted that Erik has chosen this day to launch his latest book - Being Supervised. You will receive a FREE signed copy of Erik's book on the day.
Once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with a small amount of Pre Work and ask you to prepare a current case to being with you to work with at the Master Class.
Erik will introduce the concept of Relational Supervision, exploring actual cases that will highlight where and how analysis of Parallel Processing can provide an effective tool in Supervision. This will be followed by a 3 hour 'Fishbowl' Master Class in Supervision.
There will be a one hour break for lunch, when you have the opportunity to visit some of the local bars and cafes, or, should you wish, you could bring your own lunch. We have deliberately chosen a venue which is central to allow flexibility for the delegates in terms of lunchtime eating, and allows us to keep costs down.
Following lunch, Erik will cover:
How and why supervision works
What we know about safety and trust in supervision
An Individual supervision practice session will follow where you will work in groups of three with Erik overseeing and giving feedback.
There will be an opportunity for some final reflections vefore the Masterclass is brought to a close with the launch of Being Supervised.
