APA Annual Meeting (23rd March) AND Annual APA in training day (22nd March)

Description
The 6th annual academic paediatric trainees national study day (Thursday 22nd March 2018) is organised by trainees, for trainees in association with the Academic Paediatric Association. It offers the opportunity for trainees doing, or wanting to do paediatric research to meet face-to-face with other trainees, senior academics, national funding bodies and RCPCH Academic Regional Advisors as well attending talks from national leaders in research policy and communication. This is followed by the annual APA meeting on Friday 23rd which is open to academic paediatricians at all levels of seniority.
On the first day, the trainee meeting takes place at the Institute of Child Health which is right next to the Great Ormond Street Hospital, WC1N 3JH.
The talks will be held at 33 Queen Square in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract submission for the March 2018 APA meeting in London is open. Submissions are to be maximum 300 words on any original research. Prizes will be offered for oral and poster presentations. Submission deadline is Tuesday, 27th February at 5pm. Email the attached abstract form to apa2018@mail.com

The top-scoring abstracts will be selected for 10-minute oral presentations on Friday 23rd March, with selected posters displayed on both days.
