Apollo Root Cause Analysis For Facilitators - Blended

The 202-B8-01 Apollo RCA™ for Facilitator course offers the perfect balance between self-paced and Instructor led learning.

Our course provides advanced training in continuous improvement and effective problem solving using the Apollo RCA™ methodology and RealityCharting® / RC Pro® software. Participants will learn to avoid ineffective problem-solving, clearly define problems, develop Cause & Effect charts, identify effective solutions, and facilitate RCA teams.

This blended learning experience is ideal for individuals who facilitate or led RCA and problem solving investigations.

Training Duration: 8 hours total (self paced + instructor session)

Options for scheduling: For virtual instructor led sessions, choose a session date that works for you and your team. Each session requires a minimum of 5 participants to be held. You will be sent a confirmation email once the class has met the minimum requirement of participants.

If the minimum requirement of participants is not met, the session will be rescheduled to the next available date.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD): This course is Engineers Ireland CPD Approved. Course completion counts for 8 CPD hours.

Important Note: It is highly recommended that students complete self-paced RC Coach® learning module prior to attending the 4 hour Virtual Instructor Led Training session.
