About this event
Join artist Annie Lord for a series of free outdoor drawing classes celebrating community growing in Musselburgh. During each class you will learn new techniques and explore different ways of drawing the apple trees; from contour line drawing to expressive mark making. No previous experience is needed and all materials will be provided. This will be a relaxed way to get to know some of your fellow growers. For everyone aged 14+
The workshops will take place outdoors - please dress for the weather! The workshops last 1 hour 30 mins and we will be standing for the most part. Please get in touch if you have any access requirements or require a chair.
These take place as a series of 4 classes. Feel free to join the others too or you are welcome to just come along to one. (Others take place on Sat 4th June @Sustaining Musselburgh Orchard and Sat 9th & Sat 23rd July @The Wee Plot Musselburgh).
These events are supported by funding from East Lothian Council (Common Good Fund Musselburgh) and open to residents within the Musselburgh area.
