Application & Process Surgeries for ICPs and IDNOs

Our monthly surgeries will be an opportunity for ICPs and IDNOs to talk to our administrative team about the completion of our application forms, the minimum information we require or the journey your application goes on through our business.  

Our surgeries are held once a month and can be delivered via Microsoft Teams or in-person. If you're new to Northern Powergrid, entering into a new kind of applications, or simply have a query or would like a refresh, please arrange your surgery with our team.

Once you've registered, we will be in touch to confirm the time of your appointment. When registering, Eventbrite will automatically issue you with a ticket, please note that your appointment is not confirmed until we contact you. In the event your don't hear from us, email cinc.connections@northernpowergrid.com or call us on 0113 241 5245 and ask to speak to a member of the Competition in Connections team.

Following your surgery, we will be in touch to gather your feedback, this helps us ensure that the surgeries are providing you, our stakeholders with the information you need, in a suitable format.

We have a limited number of appointments available each month. Please don't request a surgery unless you are an ICP or IDNO and we request that you only book one ticket per company, to ensure everyone that needs to is able to book a session. We can share joining details with your colleagues when we confirm your appointment time.

Please ensure you provide all the information requested during the booking process so that we can match you to the right Northern Powergrid colleague. We regret that we cannot progress your booking without the full information.
