Application & Process Surgeries for ICPs and IDNOs

Our monthly surgeries will be an opportunity for ICPs and IDNOs to talk to our administrative team about the completion of our application forms, the minimum information we require or the journey your application goes on through our business.

Please note - these are not technical surgeries.

Our surgeries are held once a month and can be delivered via Microsoft Teams or in-person. If you're new to Northern Powergrid, entering into a new kind of applications, or simply have a query or would like a refresh, please arrange your surgery with our team.

Once you've registered, we will be in touch to confirm the time of your appointment. When registering, Eventbrite will automatically issue you with a ticket, please note that your appointment is not confirmed until we contact you. Following your surgery, we will be in touch to gather your feedback, this helps us ensure that the surgeries are providing you, our stakeholders with the information you need, in a suitable format.
