Event description

Description

Most attempts to drive organisational change rely on the outdated assumption that people always behave with a rational self-interest. The result is a range of programmes with a firm rationale but minimal impact. This session will introduce how insights and methods from behavioural science can be applied to people management and development, in order to create happier, more productive organisations. Topics will include motivation and incentives, team work and group think, and overcoming unconscious bias.

Guest Speaker

Our guest speaker is Edward Gardiner from Warwick Business School.
