Description


This event, given by the European Research & Development Team, will provide you with the information you need to take the first steps in applying for an EU Horizon 2020 (H2020) collaborative research grant.

Specifically, at the end of the session you will:

  • Understand how to find relevant H2020 opportunities

  • Understand the essential eligibility rules

  • Understand the different types of funding available

  • Appreciate how to take the first steps in building an EU consortium

  • Know how to start preparing a full research proposal

The session is for academic staff who are new to H2020, but staff requiring a refresher course are also welcome to attend.

At the end of the session, there will be plenty of time to ask questions.
