This session will explain what ethics committees are looking for and describe why we have the process that we do.

About this Event

It is University policy that all research receives an ethics review. The aim is to protect research participants, support staff and students in conducting the best research. Staff and research students (including MRes) projects are normally reviewed by a faculty ethics committee.

This session will explain what ethics committees are looking for, describe why we have the process that we do and help attendees to successfully receive a favourable ethics opinion

The session is suitable for staff and research students. No previous knowledge is required.

Feedback from previous sessions:
