Appraiser refresher

This half day modular workshop is designed for doctors who are experienced appraisers and wish to further develop their skills. The workshop takes 3.5 hours and is aimed and enabling appraisers to understand the importance of high quality appraisals and the significance of quality assurance checks and recognise the value of attending Appraiser support group meetings in order to keep up to date and share their appraisal experiences.
