Reaching People, University of Leicester and Leicester College have come together so that you can take advantage of Apprenticeships that will be funded.

We are offering an opportunity for Organisations to access the Apprenticeship levy made available by the University of Leicester, via their Leicestershire Citizens Apprenticeship Fund. The Apprenticeship training will be completed with Leicester College.

The Apprenticeship levels are as below;

• ILM Level 3 - Team Leader
• ILM Level 4 - Associate Project Manager
• ILM Level 5 - Operations or Departmental Manager

This is great opportunity for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector to upskill their teams with much needed skills.

Apprenticeships are available for January 2021for anyone working in the sector and is in full time paid employment.

At the session we will be discussing how an organisation takes part and what the requirements are from organisations to support the apprentices, why the Apprenticeships are FREE of cost to the organisations and next steps for those wanting to take part.

This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about how the apprenticeship levy works, what the commitments are and any other information you may need to make an informed decision.
