Apprenticeship training provider briefing sessions

About this event

Many of you will know about the work of the Leeds Apprenticeship Hub, which is part of Leeds City Council’s Employment and Skills Service. To summarise, we offer a free and impartial service to engage with businesses and help them with their recruitment needs, especially recruitment of apprentices, where we will make referrals to training providers and advertise and promote vacancies across the city. We also work in the Leeds secondary schools and colleges to raise awareness of apprenticeships in general and to organise events such as Leeds Apprenticeship Fair and the Apprenticeship Seminars.

We are keen to ensure that all of our colleagues continue to refresh and update their knowledge levels about the training providers operating in the city. With this in mind we would like to invite you deliver a brief session to our colleagues where you can introduce key contacts and outline details of your current opportunities for learning and training.

Each session will be scheduled for a maximum of 1 hour, allowing up to 30 minutes for a presentation and 30 minutes for questions and answers. The format will be Microsoft Teams and we have set the sessions up to start at 11am every Thursday commencing 6th May.

If you would like to meet the team and bring us up to date then we would love to hear from you, all you’ve got to do is choose an available date from the Eventbrite listing and we will forward you a Teams Calendar invitation.
