Approaches to promote pupil voice and learner autonomy for those learning EAL

About this Event

This workshop will introduce delegates to a range of ideas to raise the profile of EAL learners and their families as well as developing learner autonomy in access to and engagement within the curriculum.

Major themes encountered within this training include:

• how to set up and run The Young Interpreter Scheme at your school

• how to train EAL pupils to use their first language as a tool for learning across the curriculum

Cost: £100 per delegate or £150 if you also attend the training: Digital tools to support learning across the curriculum
