This course offers a comprehensive introduction to Apteco Orbit™ Dashboards and Audiences.

Learn how to work with multiple visualisation types in dashboards created by others, as well as designing your own dashboards to present key insights, with the ability to filter and drill down interactively using the latest refresh of your data. Share your data explorations with colleagues and convert your findings into segments of interest to your business.

The training also covers the creation of audience lists. From simple to sophisticated, you will learn the fundamentals of interrogating your data, and how you can use workbook tools to further examine and understand your customers and their transactional behaviour.
