Brought to you by arbnco and Construction Scotland Innovation Centre this half day workshop and seminar will offer delegates the opportunity to gain 2 hours worth of CPD training and an expert insight into the impact of section 63 of the climate change (Scotland) Act 2009.

In Scotland, Section 63 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, the Assessment of Energy Performance of Non-Domestic Buildings (Scotland) Regulations, came into effect on 1st September 2016 and now requires energy efficiency action plans to be produced and implemented for regulated properties.

Featured Speakers:

Andrew Maw -

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor, Level 4 NDEA and OCDEA. Since qualifying in 1992 as a Chartered Surveyor, he has gained a broad range of experience across a variety of real estate market sectors including: domestic and non-domestic energy assessments for EPC’s and Building Regulations Part L compliance; BREEAM assessments and consultation; dwelling condition surveys; valuations on domestic & commercial real estate; rent reviews and lease renewals, domestic and commercial property marketing and sales negotiation and portfolio management.

Stephen Preece -

Stephen has an Oxford degree in engineering and twenty years’ experience in the construction sector. Stephen is a management professional with board level experience in Operations, Sales, and Consulting. Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, he has long been committed to continuous improvement and transformational leadership.
