Arboretum: Art Inspired by the Native Trees of Britain 3–6 October 2025 | The Earth Trust, Little Wittenham
This autumn, the Earth Trust presents Arboretum, a unique exhibition celebrating Britain’s native trees through contemporary art. Inspired by the Broad Arboretum — Oxfordshire’s remarkable living collection of all 49 native tree species — artists from the Watlington artsHUB respond with works across painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, alternative photography, film, natural dyes, inks, and more. Organised by artist Jaine McCormack and horticulturist John Brannan, Arboretum invites visitors to reflect on “tree time” and the deep connections between people, place, and the natural world.
Featuring works by Jules Bishop, Andrea Brewer, Neo Cartouche, Sue Chamberlin, Maria Loring, Maria Mademyr, Jaine McCormack, James Ort, Jessica Parker, Jacque Pavlosky, and Mick Venters. Open daily 3–6 October, 10am–5pm The Gloucester Room, Earth Trust Centre, OX14 4QZ Admission free | All welcome
