About this event

The NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) North East and North Cumbria recently secured funding from the NIHR ARC’s Mental Health Research Initiative.

Our plans for this funding include convening and supporting a Mental Health Special Interest Group (mSIG) in the region.

We’re hosting our first mSIG meeting from 1pm until 3pm on Monday 13th June and welcome those with an interest in mental health in our region, to join us.

We understand that not everyone interested will be able to make every meeting; you are of course welcome to attend future sessions if you cannot make this one.

We hope to showcase exciting and emerging mental health work across the region as well as the plans of fellows funded through the initiative.

All are welcome.
