ARCH Tenants' Conference 2019

Working with tenant representatives and officers from East Riding of Yorkshire District Council, the ARCH Tenant Group have planned this year's event to be held at Bridlington Spa Entertainment & Conference Centre in the seaside town of Bridlington.

With the Government expected to announce in September the next steps and an implementation plan following the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017 and the consultation in 2018 on its proposals set out in the Social Housing Green Paper, this year’s ARCH Tenants' Conference will focus on keeping your home safe.

The Tenant Group will also be holding the Annual ARCH Community Champion Award ceremony at the conference.

Delegates will:

Receive up to date information from key speakers on the latest Government policies that will affect council tenants and landlords.

Have time to explore and debate what this means for tenants and how it will enable tenants to have greater influence in the way services are delivered by their landlord.

Connect with like-minded tenants across the country

Attendance at the conference is free for up to five delegates from each ARCH member council. Bridlington has a good range of inexpensive hotels and B&Bs if delegates wish to stay over the evening before the conference.
