Marcus Brittain from the University of Cambridge, will talk about the Archaeology Expedition his team recently made to the island of South Georgia to investigate the historic sealing sites.

Bob Burton from the South Georgia Association will talk about why fur seals were hunted so far away and what they were used for.

This event is hosted jointly by the South Georgia Association, and the South Georgia Heritage Trust who part funded the project.
