Description

The fermtoun at Easter Bleaton is an exceptionally well preserved example of a medieval farming settlement. Join PKHT Outreach Officer Gavin Lindsay to explore the extensive remains and find out more about early farming life in Eastern Perthshire. This is a Common Ground Walk delivered as part of the Cateran’s Common Wealth (www.commonculture.org.uk).

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

This walk will be operating a car sharing system as car parking at the Easter Bleaton site is limited. Please gather at the Keithbank Mills car park in plenty of time as we will leave very promptly at 13:30. Please also be willing to transport other walkers to and from the site. The 71 Blairgowrie-Spittal of Glenshee bus stops at Keithbank Mills.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You don't need to bring a printed ticket but proof of the name used to make the booking is required.
