Archie Ray is a prolific Singer/Songwriter from Cornwall. An artist who brings multiple genres and various walks of life into a shared space of music by blending the sounds of artists such as Ed Sheeran, Sam Fender, Lewis Capaldi, Foy Vance and The Script.
From rock-pop ballads, catchy hip-hop tunes or emotional soundscapes, Archie Ray covers all ground in a live performance, getting the audience involved and singing along.
This artist style of songwriting and performance has taken Archie Ray’s music to supporting established acts such as Jack Savoretti at the O2 Academy Bournemouth, Brad Heidi on Tour in Ireland and Alex Roberts. The released works have gained attention and has been played on BBC Introducing Southwest and Solent, BBC Cornwall, Sync in a Raindance Awarded No.1 UK Feature 2021 alongside Declan McKenna in the Soundtrack, and playing live at Theatre shows.
TRUE FOXES
Having performed over 700 shows (and counting) since forming in 2019, True Foxes, the
acclaimed Alt-Country/Americana, cousin-duo from Cornwall, are quickly gaining recognition
in the UK and beyond. Following the release of their debut album ‘Howl’ in March 2024, the
duo have been featured on numerous international radio stations, being named as
Americana Album of the Month on The Country Mile Radio and UK Country Radio and
have received glowing reviews from AmericanaUK, Rocking Magpie, and Fatea magazine.
Amie’s powerful vocals and soulful songwriting has been compared to the likes of Laura
Marling and Brandi Carlile, performing on Acoustic Guitar. Together with Chloe’s ethereal
harmonies and melodic bass lines, the duo’s storytelling and sisterly banter take the
audience on an emotional journey.
WAKE THE RIVER
Cornwall UK based Wake the River span multiple generations in their ages and influences inviting a fresh fusion with delicate, stand-out lead vocals from Freeborn, sensitive instrumentation, layered harmonies and irresistible grooves.
Lead vocalist Freeborn and songwriter Woodburn explore a blend of folk, blues, indie and pop genres, always searching for where the playful and the ethereal meet. Multi instrumentalists Height and Seddon add to the sonic mix their knowledge of folk styles and grooves from around the world.
Regulars on BBC introducing, RTÉ Radio 1 (Lilian Smith) and Amazing Radio the band have been live in session on Radio X with John Kennedy. Wake the River has enjoyed prominent live venues including The Bedford in London and the Eden Project.
