Fri 6 January 2017, 11:00 – 11:30 GMT
The City of Wolverhampton Council is inviting you to take place in its second wave of user testing, for the soon to be launched online services which you will be able to access from any digital device.
These 30 minute user testing sessions, within the Civic Centre will enable you to pilot test them before anybody else. We'll then be taking your feedback to help improve the services before they go live to the wider public. Those who attend will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 shopping voucher. Drinks will also be provided.
On-site testing will be run on the following dates at 11:00 am:
6th January (Friday)
10th January (Tuesday)
12th January (Thursday)
If you are attending the On-Site testing, parking will be provided free of charge for the duration of your testing session.
Where to meet
If attending the On-Site testing, meet at the main reception of the Civic Centre and ask for Daljit Nijjar.
You'll then be taken to a room where you'll be asked some questions and asked to carry out tasks so that we can measure the ease of use of the services we're aiming to launch.
